Job summary

Vrinda International seeks a seasoned PIM Functional Technical Consultant with deep Syndigo experience to lead end-to-end product information management initiatives. You will architect data models, taxonomy structures, and enrichment workflows, while driving integrations with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce systems.

The role requires hands-on configuration, data migration, and governance to ensure data quality and operational efficiency across retail and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Syndigo PIM implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Product Information Management principles including taxonomy and data enrichment.
• Proven ability to integrate Syndigo with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specs.

PIM Functional Technical Consultant – Syndigo

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned PIM Functional Technical Consultant with extensive hands-on expertise in the Syndigo platform to lead end-to-end implementation initiatives. This pivotal role involves managing the full lifecycle of Product Information Management projects, from initial requirement gathering and solution architecture to configuration, workflow design, data governance, system integrations, data migration, and ongoing production support. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail and eCommerce product data structures, taxonomy management, data enrichment strategies, and the ability to seamlessly integrate Syndigo with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce ecosystems to drive data quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements to define product data strategies, attribute definitions, taxonomy structures, and enrichment workflows.
  
• Architect and design comprehensive PIM solutions that align with organizational goals and technical constraints within the Syndigo environment.
  
• Configure the Syndigo platform to support complex data models, approval processes, and automated enrichment rules.
  
• Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all product information.
  
• Develop and manage integrations between Syndigo and external systems such as ERP, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and eCommerce platforms.
  
• Execute data migration strategies to transition legacy product data into the new Syndigo PIM system efficiently.
  
• Provide continuous production support to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure high availability.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a mandatory focus on hands-on implementation and configuration of Syndigo PIM.
  
• Proven expertise in Product Information Management principles, including taxonomy management, attribute modeling, and data enrichment.
  
• Strong technical background in designing and managing integrations with ERP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
  
• Experience in managing large-scale data migration projects and establishing data governance standards.
  
• Familiarity with retail and eCommerce product data standards and best practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a contract engagement model across PAN India locations.
