The role demands 5+ years in performance marketing with expert proficiency in Amazon, Google, and Meta ads, plus strong analytics and reporting capabilities. Prior certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are preferred, with a track record of managing large ad budgets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets ($50K+/month).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Amazon, Google, and Meta.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns to achieve ROI and performance targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on ad assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting and insights.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Manage ad budgets and forecast spending requirements.
- Test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices.
