Job summary

Regeneron in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to support accurate, timely payroll across international locations, partnering with Global Payroll, HR, and Finance.

You will maintain payroll calendars, run audits, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance, confidentiality, and data security in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, shared services, or related functions.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance, controls, and standard methodologies.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and processing of payroll activities for assigned international countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Validate payroll inputs, perform audit checks, reconciliations, and data reviews to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll, HR, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors to ensure timely submission of payroll data and issue resolution.
• Maintain payroll calendars, SOPs, and process documentation to support governance and service delivery.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting payroll operations and implement required updates and compliance activities.
• Prepare payroll reports, support month-end activities, and assist with payroll-related analysis.
• Participate in payroll system enhancements, testing, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and employee experience.

In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services across multiple international locations while partnering with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers. You will contribute to payroll operational excellence through data accuracy, process compliance, team member collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in global payroll service delivery within a dynamic and growing organization.

• Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiencies, and employee experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, and data security while handling employee and payroll information.

This role requires

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, shared services, or related operational functions.
• Understanding of payroll processes, payroll compliance requirements, controls, and operational standard methodologies.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and validation activities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional collaborators, external vendors, and global teams.
• Effective communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives within a shared services environment preferred.
• Exposure to multi-country payroll operations and global business services environments preferred.
• Multilingual capabilities or experience working across diverse cultural environments preferred.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule and occasionally align with global time zones to support business requirements.
