Regeneron is seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. This role supports international payroll delivery, partners with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance.

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services across multiple international locations while partnering with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers. You will contribute to payroll operational excellence through data accuracy, process compliance, team member collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in global payroll service delivery within a dynamic and growing organization.
