Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• Experience with majority of the following processes and modules:
  • Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI, Consigned inventory
  • Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
  • Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
  • Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
• Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP.
• Ability to work independently with client users and senior management.
• Ability to drive industry best practice-based standard feature adoption by the users.
• Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, change management and documentation.
• Current Oracle certification.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third‑party vendors.
• Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance.
• Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions.
