Job summary

Sun Pharma in Mumbai invites applications for Packaging material procurement in Global Procurement. You will create purchase orders, manage vendor relations, ensure on-time deliveries, and support audits and cost updates using SAP and Excel.

The role requires a degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a hands-on approach to data, MIS reporting, and collaboration with QA and accounts teams at our Andheri office.

Qualifications

• Graduate with SAP and Excel expertise.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• To create Purchase Orders for commercial sites RD locations against approved indents received in SAP on daily basis
• To achieve target of on-time delivery
• Getting on time release of purchase orders by clearing VQ errors with CQA team
• Deriving cost of printed PM with updated costing / E-bidding file to raise the purchase orders
• Responsible to take follow-up on day-to-day basis with all Vendors
• On time vendor Payment follow-up with accounts team
• Sending Weekly pending order list (with updated delivery timelines) to respective locations
• Sharing artworks through AMS system resolving artwork queries (between vendor and artwork team)
• Updating MDM tool with MOQ, Lead time, HSN code, purchase group and other required fields
• Preparing monthly MIS report updating rejection details
• Following up with vendor for rejection closures by getting investigation and CAPA report
• To Support new product launches for Domestic as well as Regulated / Emerging market
• Co-ordinating for vendor audits, Quality agreements vendor documents with CQA team and vendor
