Job summary

Innominds Software in Bengaluru (Whitefield) invites an experienced Camera Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will work on camera subsystems, Linux/Android internals, and IPC mechanisms to deliver robust imaging pipelines.

The role requires strong C/C++ programming, knowledge of MIPI-CSI, Android camera HAL, CTS/VTS/STS testing, and automotive domain exposure. Collaboration with hardware teams is essential for real-time debugging and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++ with strong Linux/Android internals knowledge.
• Experience with camerasensors, MIPI-CSI, and Android camera pipelines.
• Familiar with Android test frameworks CTS/VTS/STS.

Responsibilities

• Work on camera subsystem integration and driver level development.
• Develop and optimize camera pipelines and HAL interfaces.
• Debug real-time issues using ADB, systrace, and dumpsys.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams in hybrid Bangalore location.

CameraEngineer

• Knowledge about camerasensors, serializer/deserialiser, MIPI-CSI, Qualcomm cameraHW(IFE/VFE, CSID etc)
• Linux device drivers, V4l2 framework, Android cameraHAL, Camerapipelines.
  Experience with android test frameworks CTS/VTS/STS etc.
• Proficiency in C/C++, with strong understanding of Linux/Android internals, multithreading, and IPC mechanisms (Binder, HIDL, AIDL).
  Experience with real-time debugging: kernel crashes, memory issues. ADB, systracce, dumpsys etc.
• Knowledge in QNX, hypervisor, automotive domain is plus.
