Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Manufacturing SME to drive NetSuite manufacturing design for Life Sciences clients. You will establish standardized operations, support planning, production, and quality processes, and lead data migration and go-live readiness.

The role requires deep knowledge of discrete manufacturing, 8+ years in manufacturing processes, and 5+ years implementing NetSuite manufacturing modules or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• 5+ years implementing manufacturing modules within NetSuite or ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and life sciences manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy manufacturing processes within NetSuite for Life Sciences.
• Assess current processes and define a future-state operating model.
• Standardize workflows, controls, and manufacturing executions.
• Migrate master data such as BOMs, Work Centers, Production Data, and Item Masters.
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, and manufacturing readiness assessments.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing SME will drive design and deployment of manufacturing processes within NetSuite for Life Sciences companies. The role will establish standardized manufacturing operations aligned with Life Sciences best practices and support implementation of planning, production, and quality-related processes.

Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Design

• Assess current manufacturing processes across entities.
• Define future-state manufacturing operating model.
• Standardize manufacturing workflows and controls.

NetSuite Manufacturing Solution Design

• Configure and validate:
  • Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Routings
  • Work Orders
  • Production Scheduling
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Costing
  • Manufacturing Execution Processes

Life Sciences Compliance

• Support batch and lot-controlled manufacturing processes.
• Define traceability requirements.
• Support quality and regulatory process alignment.
• Ensure manufacturing controls support Life Sciences compliance requirements.

Master Data Migration

• Define migration strategy for:
  • BOMs
  • Work Centers
  • Production Data
  • Item Masters

Testing Go-Live

• Lead manufacturing UAT.
• Support cutover planning and manufacturing readiness assessments.

Required Qualifications
