Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a NetSuite Technical Lead to own the overall technical architecture, integrations, customizations, data conversion enablement, and technical delivery of NetSuite implementations for Life Sciences clients.

The role provides technical leadership across integration, development, reporting, security, data migration support, and platform architecture, ensuring alignment with NetSuite best practices and Life Sciences compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of ERP technical implementation experience.
5+ years of NetSuite technical leadership experience.
Multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
Strong experience leading distributed technical teams.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end NetSuite technical architecture.
Establish technical standards, development guidelines, and governance processes.
Review and approve technical solution designs.
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the solution.
Lead design and implementation of integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
Lead SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud development activities.
Review technical specifications and development deliverables.
Minimize unnecessary customizations and promote NetSuite best practices.
Ensure development follows coding standards and quality guidelines.
Support Data Migration Lead in defining migration architecture.
Design data load automation and migration utilities.
Assist in data validation and reconciliation activities.
Define security architecture and role-based access controls.
Establish segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
Define reporting architecture and support creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
Lead technical testing strategy and deployment activities.
Manage release management and environment strategy.
Support cutover and hypercare.
Mentor developers, integration specialists, and technical consultants.
Coordinate offshore and onshore technical teams.
Manage technical risks and issue resolution.
Provide executive-level technical status reporting.

The NetSuite Technical Lead will be responsible for the overall technical architecture, integrations, customizations, data conversion enablement, and technical delivery of a NetSuite implementation for acquired Life Sciences organizations.

The role will provide technical leadership across integration, development, reporting, security, data migration support, and platform architecture while ensuring alignment with NetSuite best practices and Life Sciences compliance requirements.

Responsibilities Technical Architecture Solution Design

Define end-to-end NetSuite technical architecture.
Establish technical standards, development guidelines, and governance processes.
Review and approve technical solution designs.
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the solution.

Integrations

Lead design and implementation of integrations between NetSuite and external systems including:
- CRM platforms
- Manufacturing systems
- Laboratory systems (LIMS)
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- WMS platforms
- Banking systems
- EDI providers
- Reporting and BI platforms
Define integration architecture and middleware strategy.

Customization Development

Lead SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud development activities.
Review technical specifications and development deliverables.
Minimize unnecessary customizations and promote NetSuite best practices.
Ensure development follows coding standards and quality guidelines.

Data Migration Support

Support Data Migration Lead in defining migration architecture.
Design data load automation and migration utilities.
Assist in data validation and reconciliation activities.
Optimize migration performance and technical execution.

Security Compliance

Define security architecture and role-based access controls.
Establish segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory expectations where applicable.
Support audit and validation requirements.

Reporting Analytics

Define reporting architecture.
Support creation of:
- Saved Searches
- Dashboards
- KPIs
- Financial Reports
- Operational Reports

Testing Deployment

Lead technical testing strategy.
Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and deployment activities.
Manage release management and environment strategy.
Support cutover and hypercare.

Technical Leadership

Mentor developers, integration specialists, and technical consultants.
Coordinate offshore and onshore technical teams.
Manage technical risks and issue resolution.
Provide executive-level technical status reporting.

Required Qualifications
