Where You Come In
- You lead and build engineering teams around core technologies (Bluetooth, hardware, software, data, and AI).
- You lead product requirements across hardware, software, and AI/data solutions.
- You use data to inform decisions about products, technology, and teams.
- You lead a team of engineers and managers to deliver end‑to‑end hardware and software solutions.
- You provide leadership for defining scalable architecture from transmitter, mobile, to cloud.
- You guide architects and engineers on Bluetooth, hardware design, firmware, and software.
- You drive innovation through end‑to‑end solutions from transmitter to cloud.
- You foster a culture of system design that promotes innovation excellence.
- You take a hands‑on engineering leadership role for a team of engineers and architects.
- You work with product managers, hardware and software engineering, and cross‑functional teams to refine product concepts and productize innovative solutions.
- You translate the needs of external partners, customers, and industry into end‑to‑end requirements and facilitate privacy‑centric, secure, compliant solutions.
What Makes You Successful
- You have a track record of delivering on strategic and technical goals, including driving technical strategy via a strong leadership team.
- You have experience leading hardware, software, and system engineering functions as a leader or architect.
- Your management experience as a senior manager or director is crucial.
- You have a solid understanding of hardware and software development from design and architecture through production.
- You have strong technical understanding of the wireless domain such as Bluetooth, RFID, cellular, or similar technologies.
- You are technically strong in both hardware and software.
- Your familiarity with modern software and hardware test tools and equipment is essential.
- You have knowledge of Android or iOS app development (desired).

- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
- 5–8 years of previous people‑management experience.
