Job summary

Cint seeks a Senior Manager of Global Coverage to lead a team of Project Managers, strengthen relationships with customers, the sales team and key stakeholders, and drive delivery of client projects across a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of customer-facing experience and ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing, growing, and scaling teams.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and spoken English communication; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Cint's proprietary software to create and manage research surveys related to advertising effectiveness or professional services.
• Act as the first point of escalation for incidents affecting platform issues, client concerns, or changes to project scope.
• Develop understanding of Market Research and Digital Advertising industries and how Cint can solve challenges with technology.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors, Account Management, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution and product development.
• Extract data from diverse sources to present insights to clients (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Work with customers to understand project needs and deliver on time and within budget.

Job description

The Senior Manager of Global Coverage will work with a technology leader in the market research industry, specialising in online and digital methodologies. This role is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers while developing and growing strong relationships with customers, the sales team, and key internal stakeholders.

This position plays a critical role within the organisation, serving as the primary line of communication between the Global Coverage team and the Director and leadership team. As part of a global organisation, the Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by enabling their team to successfully deliver on client project goals, supporting client growth strategies, and proactively troubleshooting and resolving client concerns.

In addition, the role involves coaching and developing team members, leading strategic projects, and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and continue diversifying the coverage portfolio.

To support our commitment to 24 7 customer coverage, flexibility with shift timings is essential, including participation in rotational shifts. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of escalation for your team members including (but not limited to) incidents involving platform issues, clients communicated concerns, or impactful changes to project scope
• Develop a robust understanding of the Market Research and Digital Advertising industries, comprehending how Cint can solve challenges using technology
• Support your team to successfully work on a multitude of projects concurrently while ensuring a high level of quality across all studies with little to no supervision
• Compile and extract data from various sources (proprietary software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.) to present data to internal and external clients
• Coordinate with Sales Directors, Account Management, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution and continued product development
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated with effective time management
• Develop strong working relationships with external client personnel, anticipating client needs and ensuring high levels of customer service while adhering to client budget
• Work with customers to understand project needs, recommend optimal solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum 8 years of customer‑facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing, growing, and scaling teams.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong work ethic with a self‑motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter who is eager to learn new skills and concepts
• An innate sense of accountability, ability to provide proactive and thoughtful feedback
• Top quality ability in written and oral communication in English, additional languages are highly beneficial

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the online market research ecosystem
• Knowledge of programmatic sampling
• Survey design experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.
• Market Research coursework or experience
• Microsoft Excel certification
• Statistical knowledge or working knowledge or SPSS, STATA, SAS
