• Prepare the quarterly financial results and track the key KPIs of Sales, GM, EBITDA.
• Evaluate business cases for acquisition and new product launches.
• Develop, review and consolidate the Medium-Term Plan based on data analysis.
• Manage all financial and accounting activities for smaller countries.
• Coordinate with the costing team to support business queries and variance analysis.
• Set transfer pricing of products and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
• Support the corporate team in resolving auditor queries.

Job Description

Prepare the quarterly financial results and track the key KPIs of Sales, GM, EBITDA, etc.

Evaluate business cases for acquisition and new product launches.

Develop, review and consolidate the Medium-Term Plan and identify the key focus areas based on deep data analysis.

Manage all financial and accounting activities for smaller countries like Japan, China, Vietnam, etc.

Coordinate with the costing team and provide support for all business queries and analysis of variance.

Set the transfer pricing of the products and coordinate with the tax team to ensure compliance for TP and other tax‑related requirements.

Support the corporate team in resolving the queries of statutory auditors, providing inputs for forecast vs. actual variance and impairment‑related queries.
