You will work in a remote-friendly setup with exposure to Korea, Australia, Taiwan and other markets, requiring strong knowledge of market nuances and a background in investment banking.

• APAC equity corporate actions experience in both voluntary and mandatory events.
• Knowledge of market-specific nuances: Korea tender offer broker setup.
• Korea: share rounding rules in tender offers.
• Multi-market: USD payout in lieu of restricted local currencies.
• Australia: local shareholder restrictions on events.
• Investment bank background strongly preferred.
• Nice to have Taiwan and/or Korea market specialization.
• Exposure to equity derivatives corporate action events.
