Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Bidar, Karnataka seeks a Sr. Manager / AGM Technical Training to lead technical training and competency development for Production in a Pharma/API environment.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Pharma/API Production or Manufacturing Training, with strong GMP/SOP knowledge and proven skills in TNA, OJT, classroom and on-the-job training, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Pharma/API Production, Technical Training or Manufacturing Training.
• Strong GMP, SOP and manufacturing process knowledge.
• Experience in TNA, competency development, OJT and classroom training.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.
• Drive GMP, SOP and technical training for Production teams.
• Manage technical induction and training of new joinees.
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training.
• Conduct process demonstrations and equipment handling training.
• Develop SOP-based training modules and learning materials.
• Monitor training compliance and training effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly/annual training calendars and MIS dashboards.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance training with QA/HR and other stakeholders.
• Drive competency development and productivity improvement initiatives.
