Adani Transmission (ATL) is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee end-to-end gas and chemical operations across manufacturing and project sites. You will ensure uninterrupted availability of industrial gases, chemicals, and utilities while driving efficiency, reliability, and safe practices.

You will coordinate with EPC/engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, monitor budgets and schedules, lead risk assessments, and implement continuous improvement programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end gas and chemical operations across manufacturing/project sites.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of industrial gases, chemicals, and related utilities.
• Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
• Monitor consumption patterns and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead gas and chemical infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements.
• Drive timely completion of projects while ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Implement HSE policies and best practices related to gas and chemical handling.
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP studies, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability programs.
• Establish KPIs and performance monitoring systems.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Support contract negotiations, vendor evaluations, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including projects, maintenance, quality, EHS, and commercial teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Build technical capabilities through training and development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
