Job summary

Birlasoft in India seeks a GenAI Technical Architect / Senior Technical Lead with 18–23 years of experience to design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. You will lead architecture, mentor teams, and drive AI transformation across PAN India with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities include building multi-agent systems, using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph and LangChain, and deploying scalable AI apps on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda).

Qualifications

• Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures mastery.
• Hands-on with CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
• 10+ years Python development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
• Develop scalable AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic Workflows, and AI Orchestration frameworks.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux.
• Architect cloud-native AI solutions on AWS using Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, EKS, SageMaker, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
