Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Sr Lead Animator to guide the production of seamless animations and promo videos for global audiences. You will direct creative production, maintain high standards, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver innovative gaming content.

The role requires a deep understanding of 2D/3D animation, proficiency in After Effects, Maya, 3DS Max, and related plugins, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial art environment using related programs/tools.
• Advanced understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles.
• High proficiency in key art packages and plugins such as After Effects, Trapcode, Spine, 3DS Max, and Maya.
• Strong English communication skills with adaptive behavior.
• Motivated, self-organized, and responsible team player with a passion for crafting artwork.
• Flexible and demonstrates integrity and organizational behavior.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the development of high-quality animations and promo videos across the production cycle.
• Ensure consistency and quality of animations across projects to uphold standards.
• Interpret briefs and feedback swiftly to conceptualize and produce outstanding animations.
• Handle animation tasks and contribute to creating and maintaining creations, responding to remote direction.
• Add customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept to post-production.
• Collaborate with the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director/Lead to deliver high-quality animations for gaming products.
• Conceptualize new animations in line with briefs, always striving for improvement.

What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate the development of high-quality animations and promo videos throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure consistency and quality of animations across projects, maintaining our world-class standards.
• Comprehend animation briefs and feedback swiftly, conceptualizing and producing outstanding animations.
• Handle animation tasks and contribute to building and maintaining creations, responding promptly to remote direction.
• Add customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept to post-production.
• Work closely with the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director/Lead to deliver high-quality animations for innovative gaming products.
• Conceptualize new animations in line with given briefs, continuously striving for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a commercial art environment using related programs/tools.
