Job summary

Aristocrat in India, Gurugram, seeks a Senior 3D Animator / Generalist for slot machine design. You will create high-quality 3D animations and assets from concept to delivery, using Blender as the primary tool and After Effects for compositing.

Collaborate with designers and engineers to integrate assets into the game pipeline, build efficient rigs, texture characters and environments, and maintain art direction while applying lighting and performance constraints.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of computer experience using related programs.
• 6-10 years’ experience in a commercial Art / Animation environment with relevant skills (industry tools, languages, etc.).
• Experience leading a team of artists and animators is an added advantage.
• A formal Graphic Design or Animation qualification.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations and visual assets for slot machine games from concept through final delivery.
• Proficient with Adobe After Effects to composite, apply FX, and render animation outputs for final delivery.

Job Description Summary

• We are looking for:
  • An experienced Animator with proven track records, who would be contributing in the area of innovative gaming Animations throughout production cycle.
  • Who would be ensuring consistency and quality of animation/design work across the project teams.
  • Who would be comprehending Art briefs well and quickly, Conceptualizing and producing creative Animations/ Artwork.
• Team and its function:
  • The fellow member will be a seeding resource of a team which would handle creative Animation tasks back in India and later would be part of a small team responsible for building and maintaining creations.
  • Member is expected to be responsive to remote direction and responsible for making changes as requested in a timely manner. Would be communicating complex art and animation related issues in a succinct and forthright manner to team members both locally and remotely.
• Selected member would be adding value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept through pre-production, production till post-production.
• Selected member will be playing a key role in providing consistent high quality digital Artwork and Animation on innovative gaming products as briefed and directed from Chief Concept creator & Art Director. He/She will be conceptualizing new art and animation products in accordance with art brief.
• As this would be a seeding role hence it has all potential to develop astonishing products and contribute towards co-workers’ skill development.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10-13 years computer experience using related programs
• Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in a commercial Art / Animation environment, relevant skills (industry experience, tools we use, programming languages, etc.)
• Experience of leading a team of Artist & animators is an added advantage.

Senior 3D Animator / Generalist – Slot Machine Design Studio

• Experience creating high-quality 3D animations and visual assets for slot machine games, from concept through final implementation

Additional / Bonus Skills

• Background in creating game-ready assets for real-time or interactive applications
• Familiarity with slot game design or development
• Proficiency with Trapcode plugins (e.g., Particular, Form) for motion graphics and visual effects
• Working knowledge of Unity, including importing, setting up, and previewing animated assets

Qualifications

• 10 to 13 years of work experience
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in 3D animation or related field
• Experience in Casino Slot gaming domain is a plus
