Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior IT Technologist, Endpoint Management to lead the administration, engineering, automation, and ongoing improvement of enterprise endpoint platforms. You will support Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices, working with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and MSP partners to deliver secure, scalable services.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise endpoint management, strong expertise with Intune (Autopilot, co-management, profiles, compliance, deployment, Windows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, Co-management, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Remediation Scripts, Conditional Access, Application Deployment, Windows Update for Business, Windows Hello, and Graph API.
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), including Site infrastructure, Collections, Maintenance Windows, Software Deployment.
• Experience managing mobile devices using Intune MDM and MAM.
• Experience administering Jamf Pro, including PreStage Enrollment, Jamf Connect, Self Service, Application Deployment, Configuration Profiles, Policies, Jamf API.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS devices.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Experience writing PowerShell and Bash scripts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity to implement security controls and compliance.
• Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell and Bash; document procedures and standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support; partner with MSPs for service quality.

This role serves as a senior technical resource within the Endpoint Management team and partners closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, and Managed Service Providers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint services.
