About The Role
The role involves leading technical design, configuration, and testing of systems that support innovative diabetes management solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure hardware and software meet compliance and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and configure system specifications that conform to defined architecture standards and address business requirements.
- Plan system and development deployment, ensuring hardware and software compliance and security standards.
- Evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, and assess operational requirements.
- Establish and document system design, parameters, and formats, ensuring functionality, performance, and compatibility.
- Identify system deficiencies, execute changes, and test functionality to correct deficiencies and maintain data integrity.
- Document testing and maintenance of system updates and modifications.
- Act as a liaison with vendor technologists and other business functions.
- Design technology solutions that meet company and customer needs, leveraging platform expertise.
- Gather and prioritize integration requirements.
- Test product quality and performance, ensuring it solves defined problems.
- Perform basic maintenance and performance optimization on primary operating systems.
- Apply computational thinking to define solutions for real‑life problems.
- Design technology for optimal user experience and broad accessibility.
- Document detailed technical system specifications based on business requirements.
