Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Mumbai is looking for an experienced Architect/Interior Designer with 10-15 years in the luxury residential sector. The ideal candidate will have strong design and communication skills, adept at managing projects from concept to execution. Responsibilities include collaborating on design strategies and ensuring quality and aesthetic standards. Candidates should hold relevant degrees and possess a passion for home renovation. Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience as an architect or interior designer in the luxury residential space.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, and custom furniture.
• Ability to produce material and furniture boards and home models.

Responsibilities

Job description

Looking for a candidate having 10-15 years of experience as an architect or interior designer in the luxury residential space with excellent taste in home design.

They should be able to create material, furniture boards home models, and deal firmly and fairly with contractors, consultants and vendors.

They are someone who will develop concepts & sketches by virtue of Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.

They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai and can start immediately or up to 30 days' notice period.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for the organization
• Collaborate with external as well internal stakeholders from time to time and ensure DQ philosophy is aligned in the processes followed
• Be responsible for the projects seen as potential and ongoing in terms of quality, timelines and aesthetics of design as per DQ philosophy
• Take the time to understand client style and need and merge that with DQ design philosophy in a creatively unique way each time for each different project
• Create and present design solutions as per process
• Ensure that the client enjoys the process of the home renovation as that is one of the USP's of DQ
• Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects when needed
• Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Provide support and guidance to clients in the newest trends in home decor and design

Mandatory Requirements

• Handled luxury projects of Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 per sq ft
• Must Know all state of art Software
• Space Planning

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing preferably from a foreign University with international experience
• They should be under 45
