Job summary

Systems Plus is hiring a Senior Integrations Engineer in Pune to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration, ETL, data virtualization, and data masking across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role emphasizes Informatica IICS, SQL, Azure, Snowflake, and governance with experience in Delphix masking.

You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams while participating in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
• 5+ years with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong experience with ETL tools such as PowerCenter, SSIS, or Talend.
• Experience in data warehouses, data marts, OLAP, and dimensional models.
• Experience with Delphix Data Masking and Data Virtualization.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integrations Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration, ETL, data virtualization, and data masking solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), ETL/Data Warehousing, SQL, Azure, Snowflake, and data governance, along with exposure to Delphix data masking and virtualization.

This role will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality and privacy, integrating several enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Full Service, EdAssist, College Coach LOB’s etc and leading end-to-end delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IICS, PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend, or similar tools.
• Build and support data integrations across enterprise applications including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, and other cloud/on-prem systems.
• Develop and implement Delphix data masking and virtualization solutions to support data privacy, compliance, and non-production environments.
• Partner with Data Architecture, Application, and Business teams to identify sensitive data elements and define masking rules and governance requirements.
• Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines, data marts, and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Ensure data quality, metadata management, and adherence to data governance standards.
• Perform SQL development, query optimization, database validations, and troubleshooting.
• Support database administration activities including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and security.
• Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mappings (STTM), technical specifications, and design documents.
• Lead all phases of SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during critical project timelines.

Data Engineering & ETL

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
• 5+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong experience with ETL tools such as:
• Informatica PowerCenter
• SSIS

• Experience designing and maintaining:
• Data warehouses
• Data marts
• OLAP solutions
• Dimensional models

Data Privacy & Virtualization

• 3+ years of experience with Delphix Data Masking and Data Virtualization.
• Experience defining data privacy rules and masking requirements.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and compliance practices.

Database & SQL & Python scripting

• 10+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SQL Server
• Database design
• Query optimization
• Constraints, validations, and data types
• Experience with backup/recovery, performance tuning, and database security.

Cloud & Modern Data Platforms (Preference and Optional)

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with:
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Synapse
• Azure Service Bus
• Good knowledge of Snowflake.

Integration & Analytics

• Experience integrating with:
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Premise/Cloud)
• REST APIs
