Requirements

• 8+ years experience in key production system (e.g., ERP, CRM) integrations and iPaaS operations
• 2+ years of experience with one or more iPaaS platform such as Workato, Celigo, or Boomi
• Strong SQL Server design and T‑SQL dev (schemas, normalization, stored procedures, functions, triggers, tuning)
• Experience with .NET/C# development for internal services, utilities, and integration components
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, event‑driven patterns, schema mapping, and ETL/ELT
• Experience with integration monitoring, alerting, incident response, and operational troubleshooting
• Experience building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate operational workflows.
• Experience with privacy and data compliance standards, such as GDPR.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles
• Ability to independently balance production support and project work simultaneously
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leverages generative AI solutions for productivity and efficiency
• Leading industry certifications and a B.S. in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field are a plus.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
