Requirements

• Proven experience of 5-7 years as an HL7 & X12 Integration Developer or similar role, including hands‑on experience with both HL7 and X12 interface development.
• Proficiency in HL7 standards (HL7 v2.x and/or HL7 FHIR) and X12 EDI standards (e.g., X12 837, 835, 270/271).
• Excellent programming skills with Python, Javascript.
• Hands‑on experience with API development.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL & database.
• Experience with integration engines or middleware platforms (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, custom solutions).
• Understanding of healthcare data standards (ICD‑10, LOINC, SNOMED CT) and business data exchange concepts.
• Knowledge of healthcare and business compliance (HIPAA, X12 regulations).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in managing complex healthcare and business integration scenarios.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive healthcare and financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
