Job summary

Devlabs Alliance is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with 8–12+ years of experience to work on healthcare interoperability projects. This remote role is open to candidates in India.

You'll design and implement HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Camel, and microservices. Knowledge of API design, middleware tech, and performance tuning is essential; cloud, containers, and HIPAA familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of HL7 v2.x and FHIR R4 standards.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with Apache Camel and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on in Healthcare/EMR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Athenahealth, Meditech).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API management.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
