Overview

Amazons vision is to enable customers to find, discover, and buy anything online. We are looking for a smart, results‑oriented Associate to join the growing AWIPL team in Bangalore. The role focuses on planning and executing Instock operations and developing the buying side for one of Amazon’s categories.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve:

• Assisting vendors on a day‑to‑day basis to become familiar with Amazon tools and providing on‑ground support for Purchase Order management, selection expansion, shipment, and issue resolution.
• Conducting on‑ground training for new vendors, including training on populating/procuring catalog content, interacting and coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, and customers, and identifying and correcting errors.
• Maintaining records of work received and performed.
• Enabling vendors to become self‑sufficient on the platform by raising POs and coordinating with vendors to keep stock at main Instock levels.
• Taking on larger responsibilities such as initiating and owning process improvement projects and actively participating in stakeholder calls and meetings.
• Working on multiple programs and showcasing results to leadership.
