Job summary

THE Talent Keepers is seeking an experienced EHS Leader to oversee safety across multi-site high-rise real estate projects in Gurgaon. You will implement safety policies, lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and drive safety culture.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years in Safety/EHS within real estate or construction, and holds ADIS or Diploma in Safety along with a full-time engineering degree, capable of coordinating contractor safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of Safety/EHS experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects and multi-site safety management.
• ADIS/Diploma in Safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety/EHS function across multiple high-rise real estate projects.
• Implement EHS policies, SOPs, safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and site reviews.
• Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, excavation, scaffolding, electrical and hot work.
• Lead incident investigation, RCA and corrective actions.
• Manage safety teams and ensure contractor/subcontractor compliance.
• Drive safety training, emergency preparedness and safety culture.
• Track Safety KPIs/MIS and report performance to senior management.
