Job summary

Hikaho System in Gurugram is seeking a Sr. Manager / AGM to lead Corporate Safety across residential and commercial properties. The role requires a B.Tech with a mandatory Safety Diploma and 9+ years of experience, including ADIS/PDIS/RLI/CLI qualifications eligibility.

Responsibilities include developing safety policies, conducting audits, driving emergency preparedness, managing contractor safety, ensuring statutory compliance and mentoring site safety teams across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• B.Tech is required.
• Safety Diploma mandatory from a recognized State Board.
• ADIS/PDIS/RLI/CLI qualifications are eligible.

• Lead Corporate Safety Governance across properties.
• Develop and implement Safety Policies, SOPs, Standards & Risk Management Frameworks.
• Monitor Fire & Life Safety, Electrical, MEP, Building & Infrastructure Safety.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and ensure CAPA/NCR closure.
• Drive Emergency Preparedness, Mock Drills & Crisis Management.
• Manage Contractor/Vendor Safety and Permit-to-Work systems.
• Ensure statutory safety and fire compliance.
• Investigate major incidents, perform RCA and preventive actions.
• Develop Safety KPIs and Dashboards for senior leadership.
• Guide and mentor site-level Safety/FMS teams across multiple properties.
