Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to lead the Order Management and Procurement implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise in Fusion Cloud SCM, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery across SIT/UAT, data migration, and go-live support, working in a hybrid model across multiple India locations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for SCM.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules per requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend optimisations.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams across project phases.
• Prepare FDDs, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper-care.
• Configure and validate business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Assist in data migration, conversion, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with tech teams for integrations and reports.
• Provide post-production support and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer materials.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions, with a primary focus on the Order Management and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and Oracle best practices.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders during all project phases.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Configure and validate business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles.
• Assist in data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
• Provide functional support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-production support.
• Deliver user training sessions, user manuals, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impacts on business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Overall 9+ years of experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, drop shipment, back-to-back ordering, internal material transfer, returns, and fulfilment processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including:
  • Order Management (Must)
  • Procurement (Must)
  • Pricing
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Supply Chain Orchestration
  • Shipping
  • Inventory Management
• Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper-care support activities.
• Good understanding of integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Order Management Cloud Order to Cash Implementation Certification
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Certification
• Experience in Manufacturing industries such as Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
