Job Description

As an Oracle SCM Functional specialist, you will work on both offshore and onshore client engagements involving the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules. Your role includes interacting with customers to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion modules such as Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing, and other SCM Cloud Modules.

You should be an experienced consulting professional with an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. You will operate independently to produce quality work products for engagements, performing complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and meet customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

You are expected to demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may act as a team lead on projects, effectively consult with management, participate in business development activities, and develop/configure detailed solutions for projects.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willingness to travel as needed.
• Overall 4 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in consulting, solutioning, or implementation of Oracle ERP applications.
• Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules (such as Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, etc.) is essential.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills. Willing to travel for onsite assignments.
• Graduation required; domain/industry experience is an advantage.
