Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM with emphasis on Order Management and Procurement modules.

The role requires 9+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Fusion Cloud SCM, and involves working across Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, and Pune with hybrid work settings. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall experience in SAP/Oracle Fusion SCM; 5+ years as a functional consultant.
• Experience in two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
• Strong business-process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document SCM requirements for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Configure Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, GOP, etc.).
• Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with users, tech teams, and stakeholders through all project phases.
• Prepare FDDs, configuration documents, and business process flows.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and data migration activities.
• Coordinate with teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
• Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer to users.
• Deliver user training and manuals; support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions, with a primary focus on the Order Management and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and Oracle best practices.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders during all project phases.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Configure and validate business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles.
• Assist in data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
• Provide functional support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and post-production support.
• Deliver user training sessions, user manuals, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impacts on business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Overall 9+ years of experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay,procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, drop shipment, back-to-back ordering, internal material transfer, returns, and fulfilment processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including:
• Order Management (Must)
• Procurement (Must)
• Pricing
• Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Supply Chain Orchestration
• Shipping
• Inventory Management
• Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care support activities.
• Good understanding of integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third‑party systems.
• Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Order Management Cloud Order to Cash Implementation Certification
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Certification
• Experience in Manufacturing industries such as Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
