Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced o9 Demand Planning consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and drive S&OP/IBP processes.

You will gather requirements, configure forecasting models, integrate data, and train users across global supply chains. Strong certifications and hands-on o9 experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Business or related field.
• 4–10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• At least 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing o9 platform Demand Planning with trainings and certifications.
• Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting business processes.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience from requirements through hypercare.
• Experience with global supply chain organizations and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and translate requirements into o9 solution designs.
• Configure and implement o9 Demand Planning modules including forecasting, hierarchies and workflows.
• Configure forecasting models, demand sensing, segmentation and consensus planning.
• Design planning workflows, KPIs, dashboards and planner workbenches on the o9 platform.
• Collaborate with data teams on data integration, APIs and ETL processes.
• Prepare functional specs and support development.
• Execute SIT, UAT and production validation.
• Support data validation, reconciliation and deployments.
• Train users and provide post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and performance.
• Support change requests, enhancements and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/IBP).
