The role requires deep knowledge of supply planning processes, experience configuring planning models in o9, and strong stakeholder management to deliver optimized outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and enterprise planning solutions.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with o9 Solutions.
• Experience configuring planning workflows and hierarchies in o9.
• Strong understanding of supply/inventory planning and demand-supply matching.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
• Experience in Agile environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration activities for o9 Supply Planning implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations within o9.
• Configure supply planning models, planning parameters, workflows, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and integration teams to deliver optimized planning solutions.
• Support supply planning processes including: balancing, inventory planning, capacity planning, constraint-based planning, deployment and replenishment.
• Perform system configuration validation, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Participate in solution design workshops and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across planning models and master data structures.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and production go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide team members on o9 configuration best practices.

The candidate will be responsible for leading configuration activities, driving solution design discussions, and delivering scalable supply planning solutions aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in supply planning processes and hands‑on experience configuring and supporting planning solutions in o9.

• Strong understanding of:
