Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks an experienced o9 Demand Planning Consultant to drive implementation and solution design for large-scale supply chains. You will work PAN India with a preference for Bangalore/Hyderabad, focusing on forecasting, planning, S&OP, and data modeling.

8–10 years of hands-on consulting experience is expected. Responsibilities include delivering end-to-end o9 transformations, client sign-offs, and engaging stakeholders across functions to ensure robust demand

Role & responsibilities

Role: o9 Demand Planning Consultant
Location: PAN India (Preferred: Bangalore/Hyderabad)
Experience: 8 -10 Years

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in o9 Demand Planning implementation and solution design
• Expertise in forecasting, demand planning, statistical modeling, and consensus planning
• Experience with supply chain planning tools such as o9 and SAP IBP
• Good understanding of S&OP, IBP, demand sensing, and causal forecasting
• Knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling, integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Ability to prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, wireframes, and client sign-offs
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Preferred:

• o9 Solution Consultant certification
• Experience in end-to-end o9 Demand Planning transformation projects
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
