Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Coupa Contract Management, Inventory Management, Spend Analysis and Supplier Management.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and procurement processes including sourcing and P2P workflows.
• Proven ability to design scalable and efficient Coupa solutions and integrate them with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement functional architecture solutions for Coupa Contract Management, Inventory Management, and Spend Analysis to streamline procurement operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Coupa solutions.
• Provide expertise in Coupa Supplier Management and P2P to enhance supplier relationships and workflows.
• Analyze and optimize sourcing strategies using Coupa Spend Analysis to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
• Oversee integration of Coupa systems with existing enterprise applications for seamless data flow.
• Conduct assessments of supply chain processes and recommend improvements to boost performance.
• Design workflows and automation within Coupa to improve inventory management and reduce manual tasks.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Coupa functionalities for effective usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure Coupa system stability.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of implemented solutions to meet business objectives and compliance.
• Stay updated on Coupa and supply chain trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Prepare detailed documentation of functional designs, workflows, and processes for audits.

• Have a proven track record of implementing scalable and efficient solutions in Coupa and supply chain domains.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Hold a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 15 years in functional architecture roles.
