• Develop and implement functional architecture solutions for Coupa Contract Management, Automate Coupa Inventory Management, and Coupa Spend Analysis to streamline procurement operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Coupa solutions.
• Provide expertise in Coupa Supplier Management and P2P workflows to enhance supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Analyze and optimize sourcing strategies using Coupa Spend Analysis for cost savings and efficiency.
• Oversee integration of Coupa systems with enterprise apps for seamless data flow and functionality.
• Conduct assessments of supply chain processes and recommend improvements to boost performance.
• Design workflows and automation within Coupa to improve inventory management and reduce manual tasks.
• Train end-users on Coupa functionalities to ensure effective platform usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and ensure stability of Coupa systems.
• Monitor performance of implemented solutions to ensure objectives and standards.
• Stay updated on Coupa and supply chain trends to propose innovations.

• Showcase proficiency in analyzing and optimizing supply chain strategies to achieve operational excellence.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in procurement and inventory management.
• Have a proven track record of implementing scalable and efficient solutions in Coupa and supply chain domains.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Hold a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 15 years in functional architecture roles.
