You will craft high-quality client code across backend services and frontend interfaces, architect microservices, and collaborate with designers and managers to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with C# and ASP.NET (.NET 6 and webforms).
• Experience with Angular frontend and Bootstrap 5 UI.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and monorepos.
• Familiar with SDLC processes and AI tools (Claude, Copilot).
• Strong SQL Server experience and reporting (Crystal Reports).
• Excellent English communication skills and Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, and create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Execute activities within the current methodology and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Foster collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
• Take ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise with at least 5+ years of experience in one specified technology.
• Backend C# & ASP.NET (.NET 6 and webforms)
• Several COM+ components (hard to debug, deploy, update)
• Database SQL Server (with .NET CLR and +Crystal Reports)
• Frontend Angular 16, Typescript
• Frontend Libraries (Bootstrap 5)
• Architecture: Microservices oriented monorepo
• AIRE or Agentic SDLC development experience and AI Tools (such as Claude, Copilot, or similar)
• Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in building frontend/backend applications at scale.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Additional Experience Desired:

• Knowledge of source control tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties).
• Knowledge of protocols like HTTP, and serialization formats like JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of document databases.
• Experience with Unit testing.
