Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to join a global, remote-first team. You will architect and deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions across industries, collaborating with clients and internal teams on complex projects.

The role emphasizes mentoring, agile delivery, and hands-on coding in .NET, Azure, and Angular, with scope for architectural leadership and innovative contributions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience/expertise in software engineering.
• -.NET, AZURE, Angular expertise.
• Experience applying object-oriented programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
• Access / OLEDB experience.
• Experience in building scalable, well-tested enterprise systems.
• Mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with OWASP.
• Proficiency in English.
• Desirable: ORMs, architectural patterns, unit testing, cloud work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
• Participate in planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and present features for clients.
• Drive project delivery within defined architecture from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Engage in agile development with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Mentor others through Communities of Practice or project teams.
• Contribute to engineering practice and help grow technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholdersregardingproject status and recommendations.

Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.

Activelyparticipateinaccurateplanning and estimation efforts,utilizingproject methods and tools.

Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.

Execute complex activities within the currentmethodologyand quality standards,showcasingsuccess across diverse engagements.

Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points,anticipatepotential problems, anditerate onsolutions that drive client success.

Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

Activelyparticipatein the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.

Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture,demonstratingautonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertisein the following areas specified below*:

.NET

AZURE

Angular

Expertisein applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).

Access / OLEDB experience

Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.

Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.

Good understanding of SOLID principles.

Familiarity with OWASP.

Proficiencyin the English language.

Additional Experience Desired:

Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)

Architectural (Microservices, Serverlessetc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observeretc) Patterns

Unit Testing

Working in the Cloud
