Job summary

Guideline Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own the development of real-world SaaS modules from the ground up. You will work on frontend with Next.js/React, backend with Node.js and PostgreSQL, and collaborate with the product team to deliver scalable features.

The role demands 5+ years of experience, production-grade SaaS expertise, and strong API and security focus. Location is Bengaluru, full-time on-site, with opportunities to influence architecture and future product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, Node.js & PostgreSQL.
• Experience building production-grade SaaS applications.
• Strong API and database development skills.
• Good understanding of security, scalability and performance.
• Ability to independently own features from requirement → development → testing → deployment.
• Product/startup experience preferred.
• ATS / HRMS / HR Tech experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of SaaS modules.
• Build candidate management, resume parsing, job management, recruiter dashboard, analytics.
• Collaborate with product team to design scalable architecture.
• Implement API integrations and data workflows.
• Ensure security, performance and scalability of systems.
