Job summary

Hiringhood is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Bengaluru to own end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and data layers. You will design scalable microservices, develop REST APIs, and build reliable interfaces using React and TypeScript.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience with strong Python backend, experience in production APIs, and familiarity with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring. Hybrid work from Manyata Tech Park with immediate to 15 days notice.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend engineering expertise and hands-on production experience in React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, reliable, customer-facing software products and owning features end to end.

Candidates with experience in product-based companies and exposure to Industrial Analytics, IoT, Industrial AI, Manufacturing Analytics, or Enterprise SaaS platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with Go, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, NSQ, or similar technologies.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with event-driven systems, distributed tracing, incident management, and service-level objectives.
• Exposure to Industrial Analytics, IoT, Industrial AI, Digital Twins, Manufacturing Analytics, Predictive Maintenance, Anomaly Detection, or Sensor/Time-Series Analytics.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS or data-intensive applications.
• Exposure to production AI/GenAI integrations.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, auditability, and secure service-to-service communication.
• Experience with frontend architecture, design systems, accessibility, and data-heavy interfaces.

Interview Process

1. L1 Technical Screening: 1.5-hour interview, including a frontend coding round.
2. L2 Hiring Manager Interview: 1.5-hour interview, including a backend coding round. Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
