Ashland is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst for its Financial Planning & Analysis team in Hyderabad, India. The role reports to the Senior Manager – FP&A and focuses on delivering accurate monthly financials, regional performance, and business unit analysis.

The ideal candidate has an MBA in Finance or Accounting, 3-5 years in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in US GAAP, SAP, and BW. The position requires collaborative, proactive, and deadline-driven execution.

• Prepare, analyze, and communicate accurate and timely monthly financial reports including business unit results and regional performance.
• Compile PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management monthly business review meetings.
• Provide analytics on product profitability, costing, and operating expense analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial results for management reporting.
• Engage in cost analysis and business unit analysis; provide insights for decision making.
• Participate in ad hoc requests and projects from functional and leadership teams.
