Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Directly lead, mentor, and monitor the 2 Field Associates assigned to the site.

The Project Manager will oversee site operations, microclimate/shade infrastructure installations, plantation work, landscape integration, vendor management, and on-ground team coordination in Nagpur's local climate conditions.
