Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Fashion Consultant/Senior Fashion Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, silhouettes, and styling.
• Experience in ethnic/designer/luxury/premium retail preferred.

• Sales-driven mindset with client-centric approach.
• Comfortable with targets and fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized styling and fashion consultation to clients.
• Drive sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Assist in visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
• Handle billing support, alterations coordination, and post-sales follow-up.
• Support junior consultants and guide them on styling & sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and fashion consultation to walk-in and loyal clients
• Understand client preferences, body type, occasion needs, and recommend suitable outfits
• Drive sales targets, upselling and cross-selling effectively
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Assist in visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
• Handle billing support, alterations coordination, and post-sales follow-up
• Support junior consultants and guide them on styling & sales techniques
