About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident and fashion-forward Men's Fashion Sales & Design Consultant to join our luxury fashion store in Noida.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales and client-handling skills with the creative eye of a fashion designer. You will work closely with premium clientele, understand their requirements, provide styling recommendations, and translate their ideas into beautiful, customised fashion concepts.

We are looking for someone who can sell Men's fashion through creativity, styling expertise and personalised consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their fashion preferences, occasions, styling requirements and budgets.

Drive sales while delivering a premium and personalised customer experience.

Have strong knowledge of ethnic wear, Indian silhouettes, fabrics, colours and surface techniques.

Provide expert styling and outfit recommendations based on the client's personality, body type, occasion and preferences.

Create quick fashion sketches, illustrations and visual concepts during client consultations.

Develop instant customisation ideas for outfits, including silhouettes, necklines, sleeves, colours, fabrics, embroidery and detailing.

Collaborate with the design and production team to translate client requirements into final garments.

Present design options and customisation concepts confidently to premium clientele.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Follow up with clients, generate repeat business and contribute towards achieving sales targets.

Stay updated with fashion trends, luxury styling, ethnic fashion and emerging design aesthetics.

Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the store's styling and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Fashion professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.

Background in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Styling or a related field.

Strong understanding of Indian/ethnic fashion and fabrics.

Excellent sales, communication and client-handling skills.

Strong fashion sense with an eye for colour, proportion, silhouettes and detailing.

Ability to make quick sketches and communicate design ideas visually.

Creative thinker who can conceptualise customisations instantly.

Confident, well-presented and comfortable interacting with premium/luxury clientele.

Ability to understand a client's vision and convert it into a commercially viable fashion solution.

Experience in luxury fashion, bespoke fashion, ethnic wear, bridal or designer retail will be an advantage.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is more than a salesperson — someone who can act as a Fashion Consultant, Stylist and Design Thinker for the client.

If you have the ability to look at a fabric, silhouette or outfit and instantly think of how it can be elevated, customised and made uniquely the client's own, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation

40,000 – 60,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
