Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Visakhapatnam is seeking a Senior Executive - WHS to manage end-to-end warehouse operations at our API manufacturing facility. You will ensure SOP compliance and regulatory standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in pharma, with SAP ERP proficiency and a strong focus on quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc in Chemistry or B.Com.
• 3–6 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably API/Pharma).
• Proficiency in SAP ERP.
• Strong focus on Quality & Safety Compliance and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, dispensing and distribution of RM, packing materials, finished goods and intermediates in SOP-compliant manner.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage and safe material handling across the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for sampling; manage retest, expired and rejected materials and document per SOP.
• Ensure calibration of weighing balances and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor temperature, humidity and differential pressure per procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitization standards in warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Handle dispatch of finished goods.

We are urgently hiring an experienced Senior Executive - WHS for our API Manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, dispensing, and distribution of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials, Finished Goods, and Intermediates in compliance with SOPs.
• Material Handling: Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safe material handling practices across the warehouse.
• Quality & Compliance: Coordinate with the Quality Control team for sampling. Manage retest, expired, and rejected materials, maintaining accurate documentation as per SOP.
• Calibration & Accuracy: Ensure the calibration of weighing balances and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Environmental Monitoring: Monitor and record temperature, humidity, and differential pressure as per defined procedures.
• Housekeeping: Maintain excellent housekeeping practices and sanitization standards within the warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Dispatch: Handle the dispatch of Finished Goods.
