Job summary

Ex in Chennai is seeking a qualified candidate for a senior executive role in an international voice process. Strong English communication, computer literacy, and a proactive attitude are essential.

You will interact with US-based attorneys, insurers, and hospitals; manage file documentation; respond to inquiries; and support recovery and settlement activities. On-site, full-time, with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 12th grade education completed.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in an international voice process.
• Strong communication in English and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with US based attorneys, insurers and hospitals.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and respond to inquiries.
• Review and evaluate accident or incident related documents.
• Recover funds with negotiation and settlements.
