Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a Sr. Executive Reconciliation to coordinate with branch reconciliation teams, resolve deduction and shortage cases, track recovery status, and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation.

The role focuses on reconciliation across banking and cash management functions, with emphasis on adherence to SOPs, client SLAs, and timely closure of open cases. The candidate will work closely with branch offices, maintain accurate databases, and support MIS reporting using MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Banking, Cash Management, Reconciliation, ATM/Cash Management, Branch Operations or similar operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with Branch Reconciliation Officers for timely resolution of reconciliation cases.
• Reconcile deduction files received from MSPs and ensure closure within defined TAT.
• Follow up on deduction, shortage, discrepancy and recovery cases.
• Provide support to branch teams in resolving reconciliation-related queries.
• Maintain and update databases of resolved queries and accepted deductions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, process guidelines and client SLAs.
