Sun Pharma’s Halol site is hiring a Sr. Executive - MSTG in the R&D1 Regulatory Affairs unit. The role focuses on executing technology transfer for solid oral dosage forms, planning scale-up and validation batches, and providing technical support to ensure smooth transfer and robust documentation.

The position requires a Master Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute technology transfer activities for solid oral dosage forms, including planning and performing Scale-up, Exhibit and Process Validation batches with optimal utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting during batch execution, perform data comparison and root cause investigations for deviations and process issues.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements while preparing and reviewing related documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless transfer and validation outcomes.

Job Description

1) Responsible for executing technology transfer activities for solid oral dosage forms, including planning and performing Scale-up, Exhibit and Process Validation batches with optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

2) Provide technical support for troubleshooting during batch execution, conduct data comparison, and perform root cause investigations for deviations and process issues at Sun Pharma or CMOs.

3) Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements while preparing and reviewing all related documentation, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless technology transfer and validation outcomes.
