Sun Pharma in Gurgaon seeks a Sr. Manager-2 to lead regulatory submissions, lifecycle management, and compliance for US and OAM markets. You will drive timely approvals, review CMC dossiers, and coordinate cross-functional teams across development, quality, and regulatory affairs.

The ideal candidate holds an M.Pharma with 13–18 years of regulatory experience, including USFDA exposure, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment at Sun Pharma.

Formación

• M.Pharma degree required.
• 13–18 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
• Experience with US FDA market and CMC dossiers helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory submission of new products, variations, response to queries, lifecycle management for US and OAM region through preparation of quality dossiers enabling timely approvals.
• Review & prepare CMC dossiers for fresh submissions and verify development reports, scale-up reports, specifications, stability protocols, analytical validation.
• Prepare and respond to deficiency letters to enable approvals; manage lifecycle variations, annual notifications, labeling approvals for US and OAM regions.
• Review change controls and file variations as per country requirements; ensure eCTD compilation and central repository updates.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory submission of new products, variations, response to queries, Life cycle management for US and OAM region through preparation of quality dossiers enabling timely approvals.

Area Of Responsibility

• New submissions:
• Review & prepare CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) dossiers for fresh submissions.
• Review documents (Development report, scale up report, specification, stability protocol, analytical validation), etc. Before initiation of Exhibit batches for adequacy.
• Approval:
• Review & prepare response to deficiency enabling approval of products filed to regulatory agency.
• Lifecycle management for drug formulations:
• Prepare and review variation, Annual notification and labelling approval for US and OAM
• Review of change control and file variation as per country requirement
• Regulatory compliance:
• eCTD compilation
• Ensure reposition of comprehensive product information into central repository
• Review regulatory filing impact of variations, change controls, etc.
