Job summary

BVG India seeks an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Manager/Specialist to oversee and manage the company’s IP portfolio. You will work with the legal team, product development, and R&D to identify, protect, and manage IP assets, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

The role requires a law or life sciences background with at least 2 years in IP management, enforcement, or related areas. The position is based in Pune, with global IP protection responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in intellectual property management, patent prosecution, trademark registration, or IP litigation.
